This recipe, in its name alone, has many of my favourite things. Maple syrup. Cinnamon. Apples. A pear. Oatmeal. It’s a wonder I hadn’t made it before!
Unfortunately I didn’t have any walnuts (they’re optional in the recipe anyways). They would have made this dish even better.
But even without the walnuts it is SO good! And the smell! My whole house smells like apple-cinnamony goodness right now. I had a hard time waiting 5 minutes to let it cool before diving into it!
