4. Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Fingerling Potatoes & Rosemary 

  
These past couple of months, I’ve had a love affair with roasted Brussel sprouts. So it goes without saying that this recipe was on my radar for my challenge.

It did not disappoint. The sprouts and potatoes were perfectly seasoned and the texture was perfect. I will definitely be making this again!
